Our pricing is built for runs of 25 hats or more. Smaller orders are possible for most styles at a higher price per hat, and shipping costs are passed through.
Minimums by decoration
Our pricing is built for runs of 25 hats or more.
PVC runs and reorders are 25 hats. A smaller first order is possible at a higher price per hat.
Flexbroidery, Flexstyle, leather, and embroidered patches: runs start at 12 hats.
Liquid 3D and full-color DTF can start at a single hat.
Direct embroidery on the hat can start at a single hat. New logos carry a one-time digitizing charge, and reorders of the same logo and size do not.
Vinyl is available on request for five-panel hats.
A single Branded Bills hat is only possible when the exact style and color is already in our inventory.
Hat colors can be mixed in one order on every hat except Branded Bills and Melin.
Small orders
Smaller orders cost more per hat because setup and shipping costs are spread across fewer hats. Shipping costs are passed through to the customer.
